Overview
What is happening across the funnel, and what needs a person right now. Pick a date range and every figure that can follow it does.
Acquisition funnel, the marketing view
From a first visit through to a submitted application, counted by capture stage. The task funnel above counts the same households by what they have done, so the two sets of numbers differ by design. Click any stage to see those leads.

Households
The HIP property universe for the Campbelltown LGA: every residential property, scored and enriched. Sorted by priority score. Click a property to open its full profile.
| Address | Tier | Solar | Track / segment | Type |

All leads
Everyone who has engaged, from Awareness (searched their address, no name yet) through to Active hosts. Stage is derived from the funnel signal, not a stored flag. The property universe lives under Households.

Content calendar
Plan social posts across the month. Click a day to add one. This is the team's planning calendar in the Hub; nothing is published to a network from here yet.
Audiences
Build a marketing segment from the same filters as the Leads tab, see its live size, then push it to an ad or email destination. Test and internal leads are excluded and duplicate addresses are merged, so a segment matches the funnel.
Reporting & insights
Output vs input metrics over the address-to-application motion. Every figure carries its source.

Content & Design Studio
Generate on-brand marketing content and design with AI, behind the Hub's own generate() abstraction. Pick a kind, write a brief, generate. Image runs on Gemini, Copy and Email on Claude, and Social and Layout on Canva (branded templates, via the AI Agent connector hub). Every output passes the NRN brand gate; everything you make lands in the Asset library. Nothing fabricated, nothing off-brand.
Comms templates
A template is a locked brand design plus a prompt plus typed attribute bindings, not a merge document. At preview the recipient's marketing-safe attributes and their audience tone of voice condition the prompt, the content is generated through the Hub's own generate() abstraction (brand gate inside), the grounded facts are validated, and it renders into the locked design. Email only for now; SMS and WhatsApp are coming next.
Template Studio
Build and improve the email template library. Each template is editable HTML with placeholder text and image boxes, rendered into the locked NRN shell, so you shape the look, feel and style. Edit the HTML by hand or ask the agent to improve it; every change passes the brand gate and saves as a draft a human publishes. The campaign builder fills the real content when you send.
Comms
Send a consent-gated email to a lead through the rented rail (Resend), behind the Hub's own sendEmail() abstraction. Consent is enforced server-side; no consent, no send.
Flows
The trigger and workflow engine: leads enrol automatically (welcome, abandoned-quote nudge, post-application), then the cron advances each flow and sends the right message at the right time through the rail. Safe by default: dry-run is on and nothing is dispatched until the kill-switch is on and dry-run is off. Consent, suppression and frequency caps are enforced on every send.
Engagement inbox
Two-way conversations across email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger and voice, in one inbox. One conversation per lead; every message threads in and also surfaces in that lead's journey. AI suggests a grounded reply for human approval; consent is enforced server-side. Unwired channels show an honest pending state.
Calls
Every Aircall call across all leads, newest first. Click a call for the recording, AI analysis and transcript, and open the lead it belongs to.
Email activity
Every email across every lead, newest first, whoever sent it: the ActiveCampaign journeys, the Hub's own sends, and the replies that come back. Opens and clicks come from the provider webhooks. Click a row to read the email and everything we know about it.
SMS
Every SMS across all leads, newest first, with the provider (Aircall = personalised, Kudosity = bulk). Click a row to open the lead's thread.
Sessions
Every website session across all visitors, newest first, anonymous browsers included. An identified row names its lead and opens that visit's full page; every row links to the session replay.
Campaigns
Each campaign owns its spend (one campaign per dollar, so spend never double-counts) and is credited the outcomes whose address falls in its geography. CAC is spend over attributed applications; every figure is labelled with its denominator and a confidence label.
